Being and Having

I am what I have.

I have what I am.

In the realm of separation I have

A body,

A mind,

A family,

Friends,

Possessions,

Roles,

Experiences.

All come and go.

If my identity depends on the separate forms,

What I have, comes and goes.

My being feels constantly insecure.

When all my worldly treasures are devoid of

The Immeasurable,

The Inexpressible,

The Untouchable,

The Real,

I may have outer wealth and still feel empty.

In the inner realm of totality,

I have love because I am Love.

I have beauty because I am Beauty.

I have knowledge because I am Knowledge.

My identity is formless.

My being is secure.

The Immeasurable,

The Inexpressible,

The Untouchable,

Offers a complete inner richness.

What I have IS what I am.

What I am IS what I have.

Where I seek my treasures,

There I am.
